Junk foods are a basic part of every person's diet. There may be people who think they do not eat junk food at all. But they may be add some, unknowingly in their in their routine food. Junk food in itself, i.e., its waste according to our body. They have less nutrition and more sugar, salt and fat. Ultimately its of no use other than its taste.
These fast foods are not advisable to eat due to multiple reasons and issues they cause to our boy, health and mind. Firstly, packaged junk food are really unhealthy. They are stored for days and contain many chemicals which can cause may reactions in our system. Secondly, it leads to obesity when you intake a lot which may lead to many complications in the future especially for women. They cause depression, loss of a memory, learning problems for studying people and worsens apatite and digestion. It also affects the growth and development in kids. Cardiac arrests can also occur due to this.
Lastly, they are really not good for us. They should be taken in concern and we should eat food with lot of nutrients unlike fast food. For us to be happy and healthy we should stop eating junk foods and should let our friends also know the side effects. There is no harm in trying to change our diet plan.
